1 tsp mustard, cumin, gram dal, urad dal, curry leaves, and dry chili

Procedure: Heat oil in a pan. Temper the spices and roast them with semolina for 5 minutes. Cool and store in an air-tight container or zip-lock bag.

2. Semolina Upma Mix

Ingredients

1 cup of Semolina

1 tsp mustard, cumin, gram dal, urad dal, curry leaves, and dry chili

2 tbsp oil

Procedure: Heat oil in a pan. Temper the spices and roast them with semolina for 5 minutes. Cool and store in an air-tight container or zip-lock bag.

3. Semolina Dosa Mix

Ingredients

1 cup of semolina

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

1 cup of rice flour

1 tsp cumin and pepper powder

Procedure: Dry roast semolina, all-purpose flour, and rice flour for 10 minutes in a pan. Add 1 tbsp ground pepper and cumin. Mix well and cool down. Transfer it in an air-tight container or zip-lock bag.
